Shipping policy
PICKUP POLICY - Orders are designated for pickup from our warehouse. If you require delivery to an alternate destination, please contact us at clickncollectcarpets@gmail.com to discuss eligibility. Customers must retrieve their stock from our warehouse within 7 days of receiving notification via email or phone call. Failure to do so will result in a daily charge of $25 for each day surpassing the time limit.
