REFUNDS/RETURNS
If materials have already left the supplier's location and are in transit, a return/re-stocking fee will apply. This fee is variable and determined by the manufacturer, varying among different suppliers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
